Customers can search our directory, view business listings, and contact property professionals free of charge. Customers may use our Group Contact feature to message multiple businesses simultaneously.

3.2 Business Members

Property professionals can subscribe to list their business in our directory for £12 per month or £120 per year (including VAT). This includes unlimited branch listings and access to all directory features.

4. Business Subscription Terms

4.1 Pricing and Billing

• Monthly subscription: £12 per month (including VAT)
• Annual subscription: £120 per year (including VAT)
• No setup fees or per-lead charges
• Unlimited branch listings included
• Billing occurs monthly or annually depending on your chosen plan

4.2 Fair Listing Policy

We operate a fair listing system where all businesses are listed equally. Search results are ordered by proximity to the customer's location, not by payment amount. We do not offer paid premium placements.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fees. Your listing will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

5. User Responsibilities

5.1 All Users Must:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Use the service lawfully and respectfully
• Not attempt to harm or disrupt our systems
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Not use the service for spam or fraudulent activities

5.2 Business Members Must:

• Maintain accurate business and contact information

• Hold appropriate professional qualifications and insurance
• Comply with relevant industry regulations
• Not create multiple accounts for the same business

You may not use our service to:

8.2 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.

8.3 Service Availability

While we strive for continuous service, we do not guarantee that our website will be available 24/7 or free from technical issues.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

10. Termination
